We have the Chocolate German Cookies, the darker brown cookies are the chocolate flavour and the lighter browns are the coffee flavour. We are using the premium chocolate powder (Callebaut), unbleached
low protein flour and butter as the ingredients for our German Chocolate Cookies.
Next, we have the Traditional Mooncake Biscuits which made for non-vegetarian and vegetarian respectively. Both are made from unbleached low protein flour, golden syrup, and alkaline water. There will be scents of peanut aroma that comes from the peanut oil and it is less sugar. As for the non-vegetarian, the surface of the Traditional Mooncake Biscuits is brushed with a layer of egg yolk where as for vegetarian, it is egg yolk free. We also have the Coffee German Cookies which made of premium unbleached low protein flour and butter. It has a very nice coffee aroma.
